Ironman triathlons, data recovery specialists, Ph.D.s, executive directors, professors, entrepreneurs, IT geniuses, marathon runners, and more. These are just some of the traits of our presenters at our tech talk on May 4th at the Minnetrista Gathering Place in Muncie.
We wanted to introduce you to our presenters so you could get an idea of who they are. We know that this will get you just as excited as we are to hear them speak! So without further ado, let’s get to these introductions.

Gary is LEAP’s partner and president. He’s known for his creative problem-solving skills, witty humor, and his ability to connect people. Being at LEAP for over 22 years, he’s seen it all. He’s not one to back down from a challenge and enjoys helping clients when they need it the most. He loves seeing clients reach new successes and is the first in line to rally around clients when they knock it out of the park. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, their hound dogs and volunteering as a board member for the Community Foundation of Muncie & Delaware County. His dream is to one day compete in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii.
Listen to Gary’s talk on “An 86-year-old start-up, how we drive evolution at LEAP”.
As the COO of LEAP, Michael is known by his clients as a ‘behind-the-scenes’ genius. He always listens first, is incredibly patient and is always helpful when it comes to solving challenges and seeing opportunities. Before joining LEAP 3 years ago, he worked for a Fortune 200 firm for over a decade where he was responsible for a national team dedicated to consulting large organizations on how to use technology and insights to improve business results. He also co-founded an early stage drug development firm in 2009 that focused on developing ‘smart’ therapies for the treatment of severe bone disorders. As a child, he dreamed of being a professional baseball player. Today, you can find him spending time with his family doing various outdoor activities, coaching soccer and basketball and being on the Fishers/HSE Girls Board of Directors.
